FAQ
Are these really made from sails?
Yes — real retired sails, the kind that spent years on the water before they came to my studio in Houston, Texas. Most listings name the sail or the boat it came from. Nothing here is printed to look like sailcloth; it is the real thing, stitching, numbers, insignia and all.
Is every piece one of a kind?
Most are. Sails wear in different places, so no two pieces come out alike. When a listing says one of a kind, there is exactly one — when it's gone, it's gone. A few pieces are made to order, and those listings say so.
How fast does my order ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship on the timeline in their listing. Everything goes USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, and you'll get the tracking number by email when your order ships.
What if I need to return something?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email coco.ot.gogo@gmail.com with photos of the item showing its condition, and wait for your return to be accepted before mailing anything back — return shipping is on you. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page. If something arrives damaged or wrong, just email me and I'll make it right.
Can I get a piece personalized?
Yes. Gear Tags take 1 letter or number; wine bags (The Sundowner) take up to 7. Personalization is $3 per letter, up to $9 max. Colors: black, red, green, yellow, blue, neon pink, or neon orange — if you don't pick a color, I'll use black or blue.
Can you make something from my sail?
Often, yes — custom pieces are some of my favorite work. Email coco.ot.gogo@gmail.com with what you have and what you're dreaming up, and we'll talk it through.
