The Grab is the one you reach for every day — phone, keys, cards, lip balm, done. This one's cut from a white Optimist sail, quiet on the outside, party on the inside: unzip the purple zipper and there's a neon pink nylon lining with a lime green zipper pull.

Small enough to toss in a tote, big enough to carry the essentials on its own. The wrist loop is reclaimed leech line — black with pink, purple, and lime flecks — through a grommet, knotted the way you'd tie it off on deck. Leech line runs along a sail's trailing edge to keep it from fluttering, so this is actual sailing line that was on a boat, not decorative rope.

Sail story
This one started as an Optimist sail — the little trainer dinghy kids learn to sail on. It's still got its crinkles and its original zigzag leech stitching along the zipper edge. This is a one-of-a-kind piece. When it's gone, it's gone.

Construction
Every COTG piece is sewn with French seams — the seam allowance is fully enclosed, which means no raw edges, no fraying, and a cleaner finish inside and out. It's how sailmakers build things to last. We do the same.

Material note
Real used sail. Cleaned and selected carefully. Marks, stitching lines, and texture variation are part of the material — not a flaw.

Care
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang or air dry.
