Coco On The Gogo – Made from Real Sails

The Haul is the one that goes everywhere — groceries, boat gear, the farmers market, a weekend away. This one's cut from an Optimist sail: white Dacron with the bold black "A" sail insignia right on the front, grey webbing handles, and snap closures up top.

It's 14" tall, 22" across the top, on a 5" x 18" base. Inside there's a pocket in lemon-print fabric with blue stripes and a polka-dot lining — and if you look close, the ghost of a sail number 5 shows through the cloth. Original telltale yarns still hang on the back.

Sail story
This one started as an Optimist sail — the little dinghy half the sailing world learned on. It's still wearing its black "A" insignia and the ghost of its sail number. This is a one-of-a-kind piece. When it's gone, it's gone.

Construction
Every COTG piece is sewn with French seams — the seam allowance is fully enclosed, which means no raw edges, no fraying, and a cleaner finish inside and out. It's how sailmakers build things to last. We do the same.

Material note
Real used sail. Cleaned and selected carefully. Marks, stitching lines, and texture variation are part of the material — not a flaw.

Care
Dacron sail: machine wash cold, gentle. Air dry.
